Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the item in accordance with consumer protection laws. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the deadline.

Return in Unused Condition:

The item must be returned in unused and original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Exchanges:

Consumer Terms: Wear and Warranty

Our products are designed to be durable and resilient under normal usage conditions. However, it is important to understand that natural wear and aging are not covered by our warranty.

Definition of Wear

Wear refers to the gradual deterioration of the product’s materials and functionality that occurs with regular daily use over time. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, discoloration, and minor deformations. The material can also become fatigued by mechanical wear, such as being fixed in a stretched position for extended periods. Our hook is designed to hang for many hours at a time with natural breaks but not to remain in the same position for days, weeks, or months without being exercised or relieved of the load. The product can regain its shape by allowing the material to rest after sustained stress.

Warranty Terms

The warranty on our products is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material fatigue, but the following cases will not be covered:

• Damage caused by abnormal or improper use of the product.
• Damage caused by lack of maintenance or improper handling.
• Natural wear, as defined above, including scratches, discoloration, and similar, due to normal use.
• Damage caused by repeated mounting and dismounting.

Example of Warranty Limitation

If a product wears out after two years of daily use under normal conditions, this will not be grounds for exchange or repair under the warranty.

We recommend that you treat your assistive devices with care and follow our maintenance instructions to ensure the longest possible durability. If you do, the product can last for many years.
